"Many Individuals. Infinite Possibilities." Each of us can be "a" change in infinite ways; we don't have to aspire to be "the" change. My passion is to engage in collegial conversations with colleagues to learn, teach, and inspire; to be a collaborative thought partner; to acknowledge others' perspectives; and to appreciate differences.

Founder & Innovator
My education profession began in the mid-1990's as a classroom teacher in the Northside Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas. Experience and opportunity led me to instructional coaching and leadership positions with a research-based program founded at Johns Hopkins University and opportunities to collaborate with educators nationally. And, in 2005, I grounded myself back in Texas where I completed my PhD in Education: School Improvement at Texas State University and continued to live in the space of instructional coaching while working at The University of Texas at Austin.
Today, I continue to follow my passion: Engaging with others, learning all of the time, and advocating for voices and perspectives to be heard. As Thoreau said, "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you've imagined." What I'm doing is the life I've imagined!
